We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

• T-shirt sizing may vary slightly between manufacturers
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice

All t-shirt designs on this site are original creations (human-AI collaboration). While copyright protection for AI-generated works may vary by jurisdiction, these designs are our original assets and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without our permission. Unauthorized use of our designs is prohibited under applicable laws.

Pricing, Payment, and Currency

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

Corrections and Errors: We do our best to ensure all information on our site is accurate. However, mistakes can happen. If we discover an error (such as incorrect pricing or product details), we reserve the right to cancel any affected order. You will receive a full refund if we cancel your order due to an error.

If you are shopping from outside the United States, your payment provider (bank or credit card company) will convert the USD amount to your local currency. The exchange rate used is determined by your payment provider, not by us. We do not control these rates or any associated bank fees.

We accept payments via Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method. All payment information is processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Orders & Acceptance

Order Placement: Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is a binding offer to purchase goods.

Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of reselling). A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods or send a shipping confirmation email.

Order Cancellation: If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please review our Shipping Information page for complete details.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, war, pandemics, labor strikes, or government actions). Our performance is suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
