Return/Refund Policy

Overview

Because all of our apparel items are printed-on-demand and custom-manufactured specifically for you when an order is placed, we do not hold traditional retail inventory. Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

For customers outside the European Union: All sales are final for change-of-mind or sizing issues, but our defect policy applies as outlined below.

For customers in the European Union: You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, as explained in the “EU Right of Withdrawal” section below.

Change of Mind & Sizing Exchanges

Because items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for incorrect size selections, colour choices, or change of mind.

If you are unsure about sizing, please consult the detailed sizing chart provided on every product page before checking out.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, flawed, or misprinted, we will make it right.

If you miss the 30-day window, contact us anyway—we may still be able to assist you with Printify support.

Contact us at JooWorld3650@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect.

Once verified, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. You are not required to ship defective items back.

EU Right of Withdrawal

For customers residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.
To exercise this right:

• Contact us at JooWorld3650@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a withdrawal.
• Return the item in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with original tags).
• Return shipping costs for exercising the right of withdrawal are your responsibility.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, your original payment will be refunded within 14 days.
