For customers in the European Union: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, as explained in the “EU Right of Withdrawal” section below. This is an addition to our standard 30-day return policy.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must still be attached
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Late Returns:
Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.
Restocking fee:
We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns
- Please allow 2-3 business days for us to inspect your return after it arrives at our facility
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of inspection completion
- Once we issue the refund, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the credit in your account
Damaged or Defective items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. If you miss the 7-day window, contact us anyway – we may still be able to help.
- We will replace or refund at no cost to you. This means we will also cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
EU Right of Withdrawal
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
