Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. You will receive it via email when your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at JooWorld3650@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number. We will help you file a claim with the carrier.
Note: A tracking number is required to process any lost package claim.
Incorrect Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
